We do not accept change of mind returns due to the health related nature of our products.

However, if your item is faulty, our Purifiers have a 12 month warranty and we will replace any that are not up to our quality control standards. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
